Curated Workplace Design for Marsh & McLennan
Creative Direction, Art Curation, Experience Design, Photography, Print Production
For Marsh & McLennan’s Kansas City office, I led the creative direction, design, and art curation for a full-floor workplace art installation. The goal was to create an environment that felt polished, regional, and visually engaging while bringing warmth and personality into a corporate space.
I developed and sold the overall creative concept, then designed the full visual direction using a combination of my own original photography and artwork from another Kansas City artist. The project included selecting, preparing, and coordinating a large collection of custom artwork to furnish the entire floor, creating a cohesive experience that felt intentional from wall to wall.
Beyond the creative work, I managed the production process from concept through installation. This included preparing artwork for print, coordinating with CK Print & Design for production, and working with Image360 on the final installation. The result was a fully customized office environment that blended local art, brand-conscious design, and large-format visual storytelling into a professional workplace experience.
